All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This agreement outlines all relevant terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations for the rental. Should there be any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Requirements for Vehicle Rental

Booking and Payment Process
- Reservations can be completed via our website, over the phone, or directly at our Acocks Green office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The balance and any security deposit are usually payable upon vehicle pickup. All charges are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, with secure processing through trusted payment systems.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms will remain your responsibility, regardless of insurance.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Keep in mind that late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicles provided by Car Hire in Acocks Green must be used solely for lawful activities. Prohibited uses include racing, rallying, off-roading, or any activities that may pose risks. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting vehicles, allowing unauthorized drivers, or operating under the influence of substances are not permitted. Vehicles must not be used beyond their intended design, exceed passenger or weight limits, or be driven outside designated geographical areas without prior approval.

Liability Limitations
